Delivery

Delivery lead time is between 2-10 working days on all appliances, beds, TV's and furniture that we carry in stock. Furniture that are ordered will take between 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver. eHome.co.za makes use of the delivery services of independent contractors. In the rare event of late delivery as a result of factors beyond our control, the customer will be notified in advance, and kept informed about the progress of their package.

For EFTs and bank transfers we need to verify that your funds have been deposited in our account before dispatch of the products occurs – this will be done as fast as possible but you can speed the process up by faxing or emailing your proof of payment to us, making sure to reference your order number.

Delivery Cost is FREE.

PLEASE NOTE: eHome.co.za ONLY delivers to towns and cities in South Africa. No orders will be delivered to farms.

Returns

All products supplied by eHome.co.za carry a 2 – 5 year guarantee against failure. This guarantee is provided by the suppliers. All claims are to be communicated to eHome.co.za directly and must be substantiated with proof of purchase. eHome.co.za reserves the right to repair or replace products that have failed at their discretion on presentation of the said proof of purchase.

Who pays for the Return?

Faulty products within the said guarantee period will be covered by the guarantee. All costs pertaining to transport within the guarantee period will be paid for by eHome.co.za.

In the event of products ordered correctly, but supplied incorrectly, transport will be paid for by eHome.co.za.

In the event of products ordered incorrectly a re-stocking fee of 10% will be levied and return transport will be at the customer's own expense. Transport can be arranged on the customer's behalf at a predetermined cost.
